Residential Property

White's has a lot of experience painting residential property large and small. Their attention to detail has won praise from many a homeowner. Using quality materials and a "let's do this right" attitude has produced the wonderful paint jobs seen below.

The tri-level seen below with cedar siding required a total restoration. Beginning with power washing to remove dirt and old stain to have good adhesion and absorption of the new stain, followed by scraping & sanding, reglazing, caulking and the application of two coats of solid stain finish with a contrasting double coat for the trim brought back the beauty of this house.

White's is available for subcontract work as seen here with this attractive new home painted by them. The job consisted of prime and paint using top quality materials by Sherwin Williams.

White's is capable of painting business properties. With this building the block was first treated with Sherwin Williams Block Filler, then finished with a solid coat of exterior latex.

White lacquer seen below is a popular feature in many new houses and White's has the experience do an excellent job. They start with prep and priming followed with the sprayed application of the finish lacquer.

Interior doors, built-ins, cabinets, etc. with natural wood finishes can be brought back to life with White's attention to detail. All work beginning with staining, sand sealer, sanding, sealer and finished with spray or hand applied finishes will result in a stunning warm effect.

White's has done decks as seen below and can restore your old deck or finish your new deck. They will power-wash, sand, and finish using the correct finish for old or new wood.
