As we age, sometimes there are issues that we would like to discuss outside of our family systems and friends. This is where counseling can be of value. A counselor is trained to provide emotional support and guidance as needed. Sometimes we don’t know where to start and just need a sounding board. What’s important is that we break the silence and make the first call. You will feel better.
