Novice and expert canoeists alike will enjoy this leisurely opportunity to see many types of wildlife including osprey, great blue heron, raccoon, turtles, deer and eagles.
Our complete canoe package consists of of a 17' Grumman canoe, life preservers, seat cushions, excellent river maps, garbage bags and shuttle service back to Blackhawk River Runs where your car will stay.Canoe Capacity:
We recommend only two people per canoe, plus their gear, except in special cases such as an uneven number or small children in a group. These people should be in the middle of the canoe.Reservations & Deposit Policy:
Reservations are recommended. Call or write early to secure your first choice date. To insure your reservations, we require a deposit of $10 per canoe. This is fully refundable up until seven days prior to your scheduled trip. We reserve the right to cancel or substitute any trip due to unsafe or hazardous conditions. In the even of rain, we ill happily transfer your deposit to another day during the current season. Deposits made on canoes not used will be forfeited.
