Paiser's Oakhaven, LLC is a family owned Assisted Living Facility for the elderly.  We are fully licensed by the State of Wisconsin.

We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Shawano, withing minutes of shopping, clinics, and the Shawano Medical Center.

Our facilities offer a warm home-like environment where our residents are able to remain as independent as possible, yet able to receive 24 hour assistance as needed.

The Oakhaven staff takes pride in offering quality care to those who choose to make their home with us.
We offer many services here at Oakhaven including:

  • 24 Hour Staffing
  • 24 Hour Assistance with Bathing, Dressing, and Grooming
  • Medication Monitoring
  • Housekeeping
  • Laundry
We also offer family style, home cooked meals.

Our staff also includes and Activity Director who provides our residents with a variety of daily activities and programs.
